Company history

The founding families of CV-Timber are in third generation managing the Fazenda Curral Velho, which is a pine forest farm. The “CV” in our name stands for “Curral Velho” (old stable) – this farm is our naturally grown “showroom”.

The grandfather of the founding initiators of CV-Timber emigrated to Brazil in the 1960s and was one of the pioneers in the cultivation of pine forests in South America.

CV-Timber combines family-grown forestry know-how with asset management expertise.
