CV-Timber is also breaking new ground in the design of its corporate structure. Our goal is to position all stakeholders of the company with maximum congruence of interests on the long run.
CV-Timber is an owner-managed company. The founding families are substantially invested in the funds initiated by CV-Timber.
Our service is remunerated only once at the level of the Brazilian funds. Europeans invest on the same terms as the founding families and Brazilian investors.
CV-Timber is part of the MAM-Partners group and implements the governance and compensation model of MAM-Partners with the inclusion of our farm workers.
