We differ significantly from traditional timber funds:
Near major metropolitan areas, we acquire small (100 hectares) to mid-sized (1000 hectares) cattle ranches and convert them to higher-value and capital-intensive forestry farms.
As a result, we create many well-paid jobs and over a 15-year forest cycle we generate with resin production roughly the same yields as with timber production.
